About the role
- Industrialize ETF Manufacturing: Build a scalable and repeatable global operating model across US and International.
- Establish a Global Execution Framework: Create clear launch playbooks and service models by client segment including digital wealth platforms, banks, asset managers and fintech partners.
- Drive Structural Innovation: Develop scalable templates for co manufacturing, sub advisory and white label ETF structures.
- Own Commercial and Margin Discipline: Implement a global pricing framework covering manufacturing fees, capital markets support and ancillary services.
- Strengthen Governance and Risk Oversight: Establish global EaaS governance forum.
- Build and Lead the EaaS Organization: Recruit and develop execution focused talent with strong technical ETF expertise.
Requirements
- 15 plus years experience in ETF manufacturing, product platform leadership, capital markets or asset servicing
- Deep knowledge of 40 Act ETFs and or UCITS ETFs
- Strong understanding of sub advisory, co manufacturing and white label structures
- Experience operating across multiple regulatory jurisdictions
- Demonstrated track record of scaling complex platforms within a global matrix organization
