About the role
- Administer employee personnel files and HR databases, ensuring timely and accurate documentation in line with Polish Labor Law and internal procedures.
- Handle general office tasks such as collecting and processing incoming post, photocopying, packing, data entry, and mailing documents.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR administration processes.
- Maintain and update HR databases and systems (Excel, Enova, MyWorkday, Exchange, etc.).
- Prepare and distribute standard and ad hoc HR reports according to guidelines.
- Ensure smooth and timely flow of critical information to relevant parties and vendors.
- Provide HR administrative support across departments and divisions.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with global and local data privacy requirements within GHR Shared Services.
Requirements
- Polish proficiency at B2 level (spoken and written) and very good English.
- 2+ years of experience in Polish HR administration.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with a strong on‑site presence in Gdańsk.
- Knowledge of Polish HR operations (parental and annual leaves, terminations, employee lifecycle documentation, HR systems).
- Professional handling of confidential information and strong interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of the Polish Labor Code.
- Solid MS Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, v-look up).
