About the role

  • Responsible for the day-to-day activities to execute specified development programs, collaborating with client-facing teams, product teams, global delivery (operations) teams, and technology teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Create and manage detailed development plans & roadmap, coordinating requirements gathering, translating requirements into actionable tasks, and participating in the agile development process.
  • Lead the testing and roll-out of new capabilities, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities and ensuring seamless execution across all initiatives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, provide regular updates, and ensure alignment with project goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in investment operations, project management, client implementation and/or business analysis.
  • Subject matter knowledge across Alternatives Investments a plus
  • Experience with business analysis in an agile environment is strongly preferred
  • Investor Relations or Private Credit operations experience would be advantageous.
  • Experience in using JIRA, Confluence is an advantage.
