About the role
- refining and executing growth strategy for a substantial, market-leading offering through driving strategic and business development initiatives
- driving strategic and operating planning processes in partnership with other leaders
- identifying and developing relationships with clients and other third parties, and engaging c-suites of target clients
- defining the development roadmap for the Alternative Investment Services and Private Markets program
- overseeing end to end application development lifecycle including testing, deployment and L4 support
- partnering with the business leadership to support the planned business growth and client onboarding
- implementing application modernization strategy to transform legacy applications to modern scalable cloud-based solutions
- building strong relationships with Product and Operations to understand their business requirements and deliver technology solutions
- communicating with senior executives on technology strategies and program status
- establishing talent development strategies and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
Requirements
- 20+ years of experience in application development
- at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- deep expertise and proven track record in leading and delivering enterprise scale application development, tools and technologies
- experience in Financial Services industry in the area of Alternative Investment Services and Private Markets required
- proven experience in aligning the technology solutions with various complex business strategies and processes
- experience leading large multifunctional application transformation workstreams delivering measurable outcomes and business value including risk reduction, resiliency, simplification, reduced total cost of ownership.
