What you’ll need

Two (2) or more years of work experience in a customer or client service role such as retail, hospitality or government that included significant public contact and regular use of computer programs.
Four (4) or more months of work experience in the Vermont Department of Motor Vehicles in licensing or registration meeting proficiency standards set by the Department.
The incumbent will serve customers promptly and efficiently while maintaining the minimum production level of 3+ transactions per hour with a 1% or less error rate.
The incumbent will be proficient in license or registration. The incumbent will be proficient in 2 or more of the job duties referenced on the matrix for a minimum of 4 months showing proficiency. These requirements will be scrutinized by the respective department and supervising managers.
