About the role
- Work with a team to ensure all administrative functions are completed such as greeting the public both on the phone and in person, mail, tracking, supply ordering, and equipment coordination.
- Perform duties in a secure standard office setting.
- Adaptable and able to work within tight time limits and under considerable stress.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree OR Associate's degree and one (1) year providing administrative-level duties for a project, program, or operation OR High school graduation or equivalent and two (2) years performing administrative-level duties for a project, program, or operation.
- Experience with Microsoft 365.
- Detailed oriented and motivated.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
