Assist with providing enterprise-wide accessible communication resources and training
Provide project-based marketing, design and communications solutions
Serve as day-to-day brand manager for State of Vermont Brand Standards
Assist in establishing enterprise-wide strategic communications guidance and policies
Lead creative services projects and provide marketing contracting and procurement support
Develop enterprise-wide accessible communication resources
Work in close partnership with the Chief Marketing Officer
Duties performed on a hybrid work schedule; light in-state travel to other State offices, facilities, and vendors may be anticipated
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications or closely related field and four (4) years at or above a technical level in marketing, public relations, communications or creative services
OR Six (6) years or more of experience in marketing, public relations, communications or creative services
In-depth and extensive knowledge of graphic design principles and design software (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint)
Preferred: accessible design, developing accessible communications, web design and web content management systems
Experience with social media management and content development is a plus
