About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plans, conducts, and evaluates physical therapy treatment/intervention programs.
  • Interprets physician referrals and determines appropriate evaluation procedures.
  • Completes patient assessments related to physical skills and functional abilities.
  • Provides treatment/intervention according to the prescribed plan.
  • Participates in multidisciplinary team to assist in developing intervention strategies.
  • Maintains records concerning treatment/intervention provided.
  • May provide limited supervision and training therapy assistants and aides.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Level II: current Oklahoma license as a Physical Therapist & 1 year of experience or advanced level master's degree/doctorate in related fields.
  • Level III: current Oklahoma License as a Physical Therapist & 3 years of experience or advanced level master's degree/doctorate in related fields (substitutes 2 years of experience).
  • All applicants subject to background check & must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
