About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plans, conducts, and evaluates physical therapy treatment/intervention programs.
Interprets physician referrals and determines appropriate evaluation procedures.
Completes patient assessments related to physical skills and functional abilities.
Provides treatment/intervention according to the prescribed plan.
Participates in multidisciplinary team to assist in developing intervention strategies.
Maintains records concerning treatment/intervention provided.
May provide limited supervision and training therapy assistants and aides.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Level II: current Oklahoma license as a Physical Therapist & 1 year of experience or advanced level master's degree/doctorate in related fields.
Level III: current Oklahoma License as a Physical Therapist & 3 years of experience or advanced level master's degree/doctorate in related fields (substitutes 2 years of experience).
