About the role

  • Support design, control, oversight, and management of all IBOR Reference Data.
  • Maintain optimal multi-vendor SMF vendor data strategies to ensure IBOR architecture and structures operate to, and adapt with, TOS requirements; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Work with internal and external partners to establish and oversee Rating and Issuer structures.
  • Analyze, recommend, and load balance multi-Pricing vendor demand across various asset classes.
  • Work with internal and external partners to maintain and control centralized Golden Records ensuring proper distribution to secondary systems and datasets.
  • Develop and maintain robust IBOR internal business diagrams, mapping, and data structure documentation.
  • Make recommendations to enhance operation and Reference Data composition across datasets and vendors.
  • Assist with training less experienced staff.
  • Review and approve applicable checklists and oversee departmental procedures.
  • Other projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, data analytics, accounting, economics, business administration or related field from accredited university.
  • Three or more years of experience in custody/securities processing, investment operations, investment risk management/compliance, or related business activity.
  • Exceptional verbal and organizational skills; strong technical writing skills; strong attention to detail; ability to define and resolve problems; ability to analyze and navigate large complex datasets, examine facts, create data visualizations, draw valid conclusions, make appropriate recommendations, and lead remediation/enhancement execution.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Visio, Access, Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint as well as with Salesforce Tableau or equivalent.
