About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze, research, investigate, document and respond to company and citizen complaints and inquiries involving specific bail bond matters
- Ensure licensees comply with North Carolina General Statues and Administrative Rules
- Keep Department management informed about findings of noncompliance and appropriate correction action
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in business or criminal justice or a related program from an appropriately accredited institution
- Three years of experience in a field related to the bail bonding industry, the criminal justice system, administrative office of the courts
- Equivalent combination of training and experience may qualify
