About the role
- This is a technical position responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of Transitions to Community Living (TCL) program data
- The employee serves as a key member of the TCL team
- Responsible for enabling data-driven decision-making and program improvement through the production and dissemination of insightful reports and analyses
- Manage the development and maintenance of a comprehensive data collection system
- Provide training and support to stakeholders on utilizing TCL data and dashboards effectively
Requirements
- Master's degree in a discipline relative to the program from an appropriately accredited institution and three years of related experience OR Bachelor's degree in a discipline relative to the program area from an appropriately accredited institution and five years of related experience OR An equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing data collection tools
- Proven ability to develop and maintain databases for tracking key performance measures
- Experience with data quality control processes to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Ability to analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
- Effective collaboration skills to work with stakeholders and gather data requirements
