About the role
- Monitor and supervise juveniles while housed, at school and all daily activities
- Provide counseling and therapeutic intervention
- Serve as a member of a therapeutic treatment team
- Maintain a secure environment and document safety violations
- Participate in the development of individual treatment and educational programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an appropriately accredited institution
- Two years of experience working with the juvenile/family client population and/or related human services experience
- Ability to pass a Criminal Background check
- Must pass a Drug Screening test
- Must pass a Psychological test
- Must pass a Sexual Risk Screening test
- Must be at least 20 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
