About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supervise and support four DD Resource Coordinators and one Office Assistant
Oversee eligibility determinations and service authorizations
Respond to inquiries from the general public, applicants, and waiver members
Collaborate with waiver providers and case management agencies
Participate as a witness in administrative hearings
Perform supervisory professional social services work related to home and community-based waiver services for adults with intellectual disabilities or autism

Requirements

What you’ll need

Eight-year combination of education and/or professional experience in social services
At least two years of related program management experience
Preference for at least one year working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities or other developmental disabilities
A bachelor’s degree in a human services field is preferred
Current resume and cover letter required for application
Documents must be submitted in PDF or Word format
Not eligible for visa sponsorship or STEM OPT extensions
