About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supervise and support four DD Resource Coordinators and one Office Assistant
- Oversee eligibility determinations and service authorizations
- Respond to inquiries from the general public, applicants, and waiver members
- Collaborate with waiver providers and case management agencies
- Participate as a witness in administrative hearings
- Perform supervisory professional social services work related to home and community-based waiver services for adults with intellectual disabilities or autism
Requirements
What you’ll need- Eight-year combination of education and/or professional experience in social services
- At least two years of related program management experience
- Preference for at least one year working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities or other developmental disabilities
- A bachelor’s degree in a human services field is preferred
- Current resume and cover letter required for application
- Documents must be submitted in PDF or Word format
- Not eligible for visa sponsorship or STEM OPT extensions
