Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct pre-survey document reviews of pertinent information as assigned by your survey’s Team Leader;
Participate in entrance and exit conferences with your team and facility leadership;
Participate in training, including mandatory training required by CMS;
Other related duties, as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Registered Nurse and three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of nursing and/or in the delivery of health care services.
Licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in the State of Maine, as issued by the State Board of Nursing.
Knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements for the types of healthcare providers listed above.
CMS Certification in any or all of the types of providers listed above.
Knowledge of CMS’s Principles of Documentation.
Knowledge of CMS’s databases ASPEN and/or iQIES.
