About the role
- Lead the drafting and coordination of contracts for RPC and DDPC.
- Partner with program staff to develop and support Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Oversee contract amendments and ensure compliance throughout the lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Financial Managers to ensure proper contract allocation and funding determinations.
- Work closely with the Division of Contract Management (DCM) to implement contracts effectively.
- Review contracts, RFPs, and reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze financial data across multiple systems to support reconciliations and reporting.
- Monitor contract budgets and identify discrepancies or amendment needs.
- Train staff on state procurement and contracting processes.
- Resolve financial or processing issues in coordination with the DHHS Service Center.
- Process and approve invoices in a timely manner.
- Contribute to additional operational priorities as needed.
Requirements
- Eight (8) years of education, training, and/or experience in analyzing, evaluating, and/or developing improvements to organizational and/or managerial systems, programs, and practices.
- Managing and overseeing complex contracts, including multi-service and multi-funding structures.
- Developing, reviewing, and editing RFPs.
- Analyzing detailed financial reports and data sets.
- Strong writing, editing, and documentation skills.
- Effective communication across diverse teams and stakeholders.
