About the role

  • This is an entry level position within the Division of Information Technology for the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration.
  • The selected candidate will maintain, develop, and support the Agency’s Internet, Intranet, and Microsoft SharePoint environments.
  • The selected candidate will have the opportunity to grow their technical skills while working with multiple technologies.
  • The selected candidate should be able to communicate clearly and effectively in a decentralized web development environment.
  • The selected candidate will utilize analytical thinking to perform their duties and responsibilities.
  • The selected candidate will be mentored to employ best practices in daily activities and tasks.
  • Attendance is a core requirement of this position.

Requirements

  • One year of work experience in a technical or technical support field.
  • Basic knowledge of web content management systems.
  • Basic knowledge of static websites and HTML.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Basic knowledge of web editing software - HTML editors.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Prior experience in Microsoft Office software.
  • Ability to write technical documentation.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate work assignments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
