About the role
- This is an entry level position within the Division of Information Technology for the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration.
- The selected candidate will maintain, develop, and support the Agency’s Internet, Intranet, and Microsoft SharePoint environments.
- The selected candidate will have the opportunity to grow their technical skills while working with multiple technologies.
- The selected candidate should be able to communicate clearly and effectively in a decentralized web development environment.
- The selected candidate will utilize analytical thinking to perform their duties and responsibilities.
- The selected candidate will be mentored to employ best practices in daily activities and tasks.
- Attendance is a core requirement of this position.
Requirements
- One year of work experience in a technical or technical support field.
- Basic knowledge of web content management systems.
- Basic knowledge of static websites and HTML.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint.
- Basic knowledge of web editing software - HTML editors.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Prior experience in Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to write technical documentation.
- Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate work assignments.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
