About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides administrative assistance to the Bureau of Medicaid Program Finance by drafting memos and correspondence, scheduling appointments, maintaining digital files, answering phones, and performing various other administrative tasks.
- Serves as CorrFlow delegate for the Bureau of Medicaid Program Finance.
- Serves as backup to the other administrative assistant within the Bureau Chief’s office when needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- One year of experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Two years of administrative or clerical experience.
- Preference will be given to candidates with an associate’s degree or a more advanced degree from an accredited college or university.
