Key responsibilities & impact

Assist the Data Center Director in supporting the County Health Department (CHD) users with hardware, software, and networking functions
Provide LAN and WAN support at the local and regional level
Supervise staff including appraisals, planning, and directing their work
Maintains vacation and work schedules to ensure proper coverage
Completes administrative and management functions with NCF servers
Troubleshoot NCF VoIP phone systems and hosted FAX systems
Responsible for ensuring all consortium data sets are routinely and reliably backed up

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum – Must have a valid Driver’s License
Must be able to lift 20 pounds consistently, without issue
Must be willing to be available for weekend and/or after hours work
Experience in a technical or related field
Preferred – Experience Supervising in a professional setting
Prefer industry certification such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, etc.
