Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the Jr. Systems Developer responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Versa:Regulation and Versa:Mobile environments
Assist with data mapping, system testing, and the transition of legacy workflows to modern Appian platform
Document current-state workflows
Participate in requirement gathering for the new system
Support data migration activities including user story refinement
Receive configuration request tickets and perform end-to-end configuration
Design configuration changes and advise on processing effects
Perform configuration changes based on departmental standards
Test configuration changes
Build and maintain correspondence utilizing Microsoft Word and administrative letter module of Versa:Regulation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong business knowledge, analytical, and technical skills
Experience with ticket management systems
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical staff
Ability to troubleshoot technical problems
Ability to facilitate meetings
Ability to negotiate and resolve conflict
Political awareness
Ability to read and comprehend Statutes and Rules
Ability to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources
