About the role

  • Join our Organizational Development Office (ODO) and help deliver meaningful learning experiences that empower employees to grow and succeed.
  • Deliver engaging, high-impact trainings that both grow employee skills and spark real workplace success.
  • Bring adult learning principles to life through clear, dynamic, learner-focused instruction.
  • Use a variety of training tools, including guides, job aids, presentations, and multimedia, to create a dynamic learning experience.
  • Work with subject matter experts to review and enhance training content.
  • Use data and research to drive program improvements and spark new learning opportunities.
  • Contribute to designing, developing, and improving learning programs and resources.

Requirements

  • Five years of professional or nonprofessional experience in instruction, instructional design, public speaking, program research, and planning, or organizational or staff development.
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university can substitute for four years of the required experience.
  • Knowledge of professional development media and delivery options (instructor-led, virtual, interactive web-based, self-study, and assessment products).
  • Knowledge of industry concepts and practices relating to adult learning theories and principles.
  • Knowledge of quality management, assessment, and analytical process and practices.
  • Knowledge of instructional design.
  • Knowledge of data collection and analysis methods.
  • Skills in managing self and taking pride in providing exceptional customer service.
  • Skills in effective communication; both verbal and written.
  • Skills in maintaining accurate records.
  • Skills in using Microsoft 365 applications; including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams etc.
  • Ability to conduct training in an in-person and virtual setting.
