About the role
- Performs oversight of the analysis of collateral deposited with or pledged to the State Treasurer.
- Supervises the activity and operation associated with the processing of collateral transactions.
- Responsible for work of direct reports that perform market valuations of securities deposited/pledged.
- Investigates internal controls and custody operations to determine adequacy or material weakness.
- Evaluates direct reports and trains new personnel.
Requirements
- Two (2) years of work experience which involved reviewing and analyzing accounting data.
- One (1) or more years of supervisory, management, or leadership experience.
- Experience in applying laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
- Experience in contract management.
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or Accounting.
