About the role
- Provide management and oversight of the scope development, implementation, tracking, and execution of all project’s agency wide.
- Oversee the partnership with the CDMS Program Manager, APD Procurement and Contracts Office, and the APD Budget office to assist with the review and tracking of any deliverables and contract updates for the CDMS project.
- Provide management and oversight of the change control log for future enhancements including but not limited to the CDMS program.
- Develop various trackers and spreadsheets at the request of the Bureau Chief for Project and Performance Management.
- Work effectively with cross-functional business units and groups with varying functional backgrounds (operational, technical, managerial, programmatic, etc).
- Recommend strategies for process improvements including organization change management.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Three (3) years’ experience providing project oversight.
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, Share Point) and other required computer software applications.
