  • Handle a high volume of phone calls and has direct contact with public, victims, and law enforcement
  • Handle calls through a console operator computer program
  • Research cases for callers
  • Assist clerical staff with the research and distribution of hand delivered evidence
  • Dependable and routine in-office attendance during regularly scheduled business hours

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalency
  • One year experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Criminal justice and/or legal background preferred, not required
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 word per minute
