About the role
- Gather and analyze data related to maintenance activities, construction projects, resource utilization, and performance metrics.
- Develop and implement tracking systems that provide real-time visibility into maintenance operations and construction projects.
- Generate regular reports and actionable insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with maintenance teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficient resource allocation.
- Provide training and support to teams on the use of analytics tools and tracking systems.
Requirements
- Eight (8) or more years of providing data analysis.
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, public administration, communications, writing or a related area can substitute year for year for up to 4 years.
- Ten (10) or more years of experience in Excel performing advanced tasks to include, pivot tables, advanced formulas and macros.
- Three (3) or more years Creating and analyzing key performance indicators (KPI’s).
