About the role
- Perform and conduct procurement actions related to professional services advertisements.
- Auditing consultant submittals.
- Preparing advertisements and supporting documentation.
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Scheduling and facilitating both public and exempt meetings.
- Regularly leading public meetings and facilitating group discussions.
- Representing the District in a public-facing capacity.
- Hosting marketing presentations and delivering training sessions.
Requirements
- An associate's degree from an accredited college or university and two years of non-professional or professional business experience.
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university can substitute for the required experience.
- Professional or nonprofessional experience as described above can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college education.
- Florida Certified Contract Manager (FCCM) or Engineering Intern (E.I.) license can substitute for 2 years of experience.
