About the role
- Assist with coordinating and conducting 60%, 90% and 100% Lighting and Signal inspections with field personnel
- Maintaining files in accordance with Department requirements
- Preparing and recording field inspection reports for all signal, lighting and service Point inspections
- Assists with coordinating final inspection of signal and lighting installation
- Assists with preparing for and conducting pre-paving, pre-signalization, and pre-lighting meetings
Requirements
- A high school diploma or its equivalent;
- 2 years of experience in a related field can substitute for the high school diploma or equivalency.
- This position requires a valid Class (E) driver license with an acceptable driving record in accordance with the Department’s Driver’s Record Requirements Policy.
- MOT Intermediate Certification and Asphalt Paving Level I and II through the Construction Training Qualification Program (CTQP) and Advanced Maintenance of Traffic must be obtained within one (1) year.
