About the role
- conduct complex criminal investigations of revenue law violations
- provide investigative assistance to internal and external partners
- interview potential subjects/witnesses
- research systems and records
- identify, gather, secure, organize, analyze, and present evidence
- prepare case reports, probable cause affidavits, subpoena requests and search warrants
- testify at hearings/trials
- participate in training
- handle required operational and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Eighteen months of experience related to conducting investigations involving financial or regulatory investigations or examinations.
- Preference will be given to those who have experience in researching, reviewing and analyzing data.
- Preference will be given to those who have experience conducting fact finding interviews.
- Preference will be given to those who have experience testifying in a Judicial proceeding.
