About the role
- Supporting the management of the Florida Drug Court Case Management System (FDCCMS)
- Planning and implementing FDCCMS training and technical assistance
- Ensuring technical fixes, enhancements, and new releases adhere to compliance
- Auditing FDCCMS usage and user forms
- Providing problem-solving courts with access to the FDCCMS
- Serving as lead staff to the FDCCMS Data Advisory Group (DAG)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, statistics, social sciences, or a closely related field
- Four years of related work experience
- Experience working with court systems or problem-solving courts
- Familiarity with justice data reporting requirements
- Experience supporting advisory groups or governance committees
- Knowledge of state-level data systems or public-sector IT contracts
