Consulting, engineering design, policy development, product management, project management, and quality assurance for enterprise voice and data services
Providing systems engineering analysis, management, and designs for statewide communications systems
Developing policies and procedures for complex applications
Monitoring and evaluating product health and performance

Requirements

B.S. degree in Engineering or Management Information Systems or 5 years of experience in related fields required
At least 2 years of experience in Telecommunications products and service management required
Experience with configuring Cisco IOS, IOS XE, and IOS XR required
Strong knowledge of Router, Switch, and Firewall installation and software configuration
