About the role
- Perform independent work assisting management in handling and coordinating administrative functions
- Serve as the Records Custodian for the Panama City Beach Field Office
- Maintain records and files in accordance with State Statutes, agency policy, and standard office practices
- Assist law enforcement personnel regarding administrative paperwork, budget, or other clerical matters
- Assist the public in person or by phone
- Ensure administrative tasks are completed timely and accurately
- Facilitate procurement and act as a liaison with vendors regarding goods or services
- Work with AAII and the Northwest Region Finance and Budget Office
- Enter information into the P-Works system
Requirements
- LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND AND FINGERPRINTS REQUIRED
