- Represent the State of Florida in all criminal and civil cases as prescribed by law
- Exercise the power and authority given to the State Attorney properly and professionally
- Dependable and routine in-office attendance

Requirements
- Member in good standing with the Florida Bar
- Self-starter
- Good judgment and discretion
- Prior internships in criminal law, Moot Court, trial team, litigation clinic, and/or law review participation in law school (a plus)
