About the role

  • Reviewing communications to external customers for compliance with the Department of Revenue Style and Brand Guide.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to develop or revise manuals, guides, training materials, informational brochures, and other communication products.
  • Collaborating with the program's web development team to ensure web content is consistent in tone, structure, and format.
  • Performing other related duties as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years' professional experience composing and editing written communications for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university may be substituted on a year-by-year basis.
