About the role
- Reviews, evaluates, and processes Chapter 499 applications and recommends approval or denial of applications.
- Accurately enters all required data into the licensing and imaging system.
- Communicates daily with the public, department officials, other state agencies and the private sector regarding permitting requirements.
Requirements
- One (1) year of customer service experience.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Experience processing business license/permit applications.
