About the role
- Responsible for the evaluation of current Motorist Systems
- Support the IT organization with business support units
- Act as primary liaison between FLHSMV and stakeholders
- Provide business information transformed into technical solutions
Requirements
- Five years of motorist application software and/or processes experience
- Strong knowledge of Blueprint procedures and functionality
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications
- Ability to facilitate medium to large groups
- Ability to evaluate IT systems and business processes
- Proven leader with excellent customer service skills
- Must possess the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Assist the Jr. level Business Analyst and Enterprise Planning Consultants as needed
