About the role
- Conduct inspections of mobile/manufactured homes at manufacturing plants
- Review and interpret manufacturer’s blueprints and specifications
- Investigate mobile/manufactured homes for structural defects and proper installations
- Review and discuss inspection records with quality control personnel
- Witness and verify test procedures and audit manufacturer’s files for compliance
- Review and analyze information and investigate complaints concerning manufactured/mobile homes
Requirements
- Must have a Valid Driver License
- Extended (including occasional overnight) travel.
- Must be able to work in inclement weather (extremely hot or cold temperatures).
- Must be able to climb on top of roofs and crawl under manufactured homes to complete inspections.
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds.
