About the role
- Provide clinical Services, professional support and technical assistance to the staff, community agencies, and the general public
- Perform duties at multiple sites within the county to include providing immunizations, family planning, STD and laboratory services
- Communicate, build rapport and effectively educate teens, young adults and adults on sexually transmitted diseases, family planning, pregnancy and immunizations
- Gathers and records pertinent data/information on client records from assessment and interview process
- Provide appropriate client education and counseling related to each health services program
Requirements
- Must hold a valid RN licensure in the State of Florida in accordance with Florida Statutes
- Must be willing to physically come in the office to perform the duties & responsibilities of the position
