About the role

  • This position is responsible for maintaining the integrity of system access and the related logon assignments associated with the Online Registration and Identity Network (ORION) and Florida Real-time Vehicle Information System (FRVIS).
  • This position reports to the Operations Services Manager (SES) within the Bureau of Motorist Services Support, Compliance and Audit Unit.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the principles and techniques of effective communication.
  • Knowledge of methods used for organizing and presenting data.
  • Skill in collecting, recording data relating to system login procedures.
  • Skill in utilizing problem solving techniques.
  • Skill in preparing reports.
  • Ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
  • Ability to understand and apply applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Skill in providing customer service.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
  • Skill in working with personal computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Skill in maintaining and organizing files.
  • Skill in composing and drafting correspondence.
  • Knowledge of Motor Vehicle and Driver License laws and procedures.
  • Knowledge of Online Registration and Identity Operating Network (ORION) and Florida Real-Time Vehicle Information System (FRVIS).
  • Skill in handling multiple tasks.
