Lead and coordinate major IT projects for the Division of Retirement, ensuring successful planning, execution, and completion.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with Division priorities and Department IT standards.
Oversee day-to-day vendor activities related to system operations, application development, and maintenance.
Develop, implement, and maintain division IT security policies and procedures in compliance with Department and industry standards.
Oversee the division’s IT spend plan, coordinating closely with the Retirement Budget Manager to ensure financial accountability.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in information systems management, IT business management, or IT project management or a related field.
Five years’ experience in information security management, IT risk management, IT auditing and/or related functions is required.
PMP or CISSP is preferred. If a candidate does not have PMP or CISSP, must agree to obtain certification within 12 months.
