About the role
- Oversee the full lifecycle of contractual agreements within the Office of Economic Self-Sufficiency.
- Drafting, coordinating, executing, and monitoring contracts to ensure effective use of state and federal funds.
- Provide expert-level contract support to leadership and stakeholders.
- Maintain alignment with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Exercise sound judgment in contract or procurement-related decisions.
- Serve as a lead worker for team assignments, process improvements, special projects, and training.
Requirements
- At least two years of contract management, contract administration, or purchasing experience with a Government Agency.
- A current Florida Certified Contract Manager Certification (FCCM).
- Preference will be given to applicants who have working knowledge and experience using MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP) applications.
- Formal and informal procurement experience with a Government Agency.
- A current Florida Certified Contract Negotiator Certification (FCCN).
