About the role

  • Overseeing the full lifecycle of contractual agreements within the Office of Economic Self-Sufficiency.
  • Drafting, coordinating, executing, and monitoring contracts to ensure the effective and compliant use of state and federal funds.
  • Providing expert-level contract support to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Maintaining alignment with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Exercising sound judgment in contract or procurement-related decisions.

Requirements

  • At least one year of contract management, contract administration, or purchasing experience working in a professional office environment.
  • Contract Management or Contract Administration experience with a Government Agency.
  • Purchasing experience with a Government Agency.
  • Experience working on procurements for a Government Agency.
  • Completion of Florida Certified Contract Manager Certification (FCCM).
  • Completion of Florida Certified Contract Negotiator Certification (FCCN).
