About the role
- Overseeing the full lifecycle of contractual agreements within the Office of Economic Self-Sufficiency.
- Drafting, coordinating, executing, and monitoring contracts to ensure the effective and compliant use of state and federal funds.
- Providing expert-level contract support to leadership and stakeholders.
- Maintaining alignment with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Exercising sound judgment in contract or procurement-related decisions.
Requirements
- At least one year of contract management, contract administration, or purchasing experience working in a professional office environment.
- Contract Management or Contract Administration experience with a Government Agency.
- Purchasing experience with a Government Agency.
- Experience working on procurements for a Government Agency.
- Completion of Florida Certified Contract Manager Certification (FCCM).
- Completion of Florida Certified Contract Negotiator Certification (FCCN).
