About the role
- Manage statewide service contracts for Division of Real Estate Development and Management
- Review, approve, and process invoices for services received
- Compare invoices to contractual obligations for accuracy and allowed expenses
- Track invoices, purchase orders, and expenditures
- Process purchase orders and invoices in Ariba on Demand
- Monitor, evaluate, and report contractor performance
- Maintain regular communication with Facilities Managers and contractors
- Ensure statewide reporting spreadsheets are completed on time
- Maintain electronic and hard contract files
- Conduct periodic inspections at facilities
- Document noncompliance and resolve issues with contractors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a college or university
- Minimum of one year of experience in professional procurement, contract management, or related field
- Experience in professional procurement or contract management can substitute for required college education
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel on occasion
- Florida Certified Contract Manager or Project Management Professional certification preferred
