About the role
- Supports staff members on-site at the assigned location within the county of the Long-Term Care Facility.
- Configures and supports endpoints for staff members, printers, FIDO2 keys, and Cloud solutions.
- Ensures 99.99% uptime.
- Ensures security patches are applied to all endpoints at the assigned work location.
- Works with the core networking team to resolve DHCP and DNS issues.
- Completes inventory requirements for all equipment at the assigned work location.
- Participates in the technology onboarding of new staff at the assigned work location.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
- Professional experience can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required bachelor’s degree.
- 3 Years of experience supporting customers face-to-face.
- 3 Years of experience supporting Microsoft Entra.
- 3 Years of experience supporting Microsoft Intune.
- 3 Years of experience supporting print management.
- 3 Years of experience configuring FIDO2 keys.
- Possess and maintain a current driver’s license and can travel within the state of Florida.
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs. of equipment.
- Successful completion of the due diligence process to include, but not limited to, a Level II background check.
