About the role
- This is a professional position in the Department of Revenue’s Training and Professional Development business process.
- Responsible for developing and designing enterprise-wide training.
- Co-lead the design and development of instructionally sound, engaging, and accessible training courses and related materials within a team environment.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project and communication plans.
- Facilitate and deliver training, and develop training evaluations.
Requirements
- Two years’ experience writing, designing, and verbally delivering training courses for learners for delivery in classrooms, online, webinar, or other channels or platforms.
- Two years’ experience managing projects related to training delivery.
- Experience developing eLearning with design software such as Articulate 360 or Captivate.
- Experience administering or assisting with administration of a Learning Management System.
- Experience developing workplace communications.
