About the role

  • Analyzing and coordinating the logistical functions of an agency
  • Receiving, storing, and issuing materials, equipment, and other items from stockrooms, warehouses, or storage yards
  • Keeping records and compiling inventory reports
  • Responsible for the entire life cycle of goods and commodities, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, and final disposal of resources
  • Control the use, disposal, and security of all state & county owned property
  • Identify and Record State & County Owned Property
  • Disposition and Transfer of property
  • Reporting stolen or vandalized property
  • Maintains an inventory of materials and supplies
  • Compiles reports on property and inventory stocks
  • Assists in identifying, documenting, measuring, and improving Property and Inventory processes

Requirements

  • A valid Florida driver’s license is required
