About the role
- Analyzing and coordinating the logistical functions of an agency
- Receiving, storing, and issuing materials, equipment, and other items from stockrooms, warehouses, or storage yards
- Keeping records and compiling inventory reports
- Responsible for the entire life cycle of goods and commodities, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, and final disposal of resources
- Control the use, disposal, and security of all state & county owned property
- Identify and Record State & County Owned Property
- Disposition and Transfer of property
- Reporting stolen or vandalized property
- Maintains an inventory of materials and supplies
- Compiles reports on property and inventory stocks
- Assists in identifying, documenting, measuring, and improving Property and Inventory processes
Requirements
- A valid Florida driver’s license is required
