About the role
- Plans, coordinates and travels the state to train leadership and professional development trainings and academies offered by Workforce Learning and Development across the state
- Services as a Career Ladder (CL) Professional Development Specialist which includes but is not limited to; completing one-on-one meetings with interested participants identifying CL individual development plan
- Gathers feedback from attendees after each professional development session offered by Workforce Learning and Development through surveys
Requirements
- At least two years’ experience in a training environment, training and facilitating adult learners in a classroom environment
- Experience facilitating virtual training sessions using Microsoft Teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to travel across the state to deliver necessary trainings at least one week a month
- Ability to manage competing priorities
