About the role
- Serve as the focal point for all technical related issues for the Public Defender within the circuit
- Responsible for user support of computer hardware, software, peripheral devices, and network hardware and administration
- Support organizational phone systems and cloud-based collaborative systems
- Overall administrator for the PD’s case management system (STACWEB)
- Responsible for training on computer, network and Internet security
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar field is preferred
