Requirements

What you’ll need

Position open to U.S. Residents only
Property & Casualty required.
Life and Health also preferred.
State Farm experience preferred, insurance experience is a bonus.
Must be able to solve problems quickly and be good with basic computer functions as this role has a lot of note taking!
Must have access to fast and reliable internet service.
Must be comfortable working in the Eastern Time Zone.
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Self-motivated
Ability to multi-task
Ability to effectively relate to a customer
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team friendly environment
Must have the ability to carry out daily responsibilities without supervision
Dedicated to customer service
Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
