  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services while maintaining high standards of phone etiquette.
  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and track interactions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Position open to U.S. Residents only
  • Property & Casualty required.
  • Life and Health also preferred.
  • State Farm experience preferred, insurance experience is a bonus.
  • Must be able to solve problems quickly and be good with basic computer functions as this role has a lot of note taking!
  • Must have access to fast and reliable internet service.
  • Must be comfortable working in the Eastern Time Zone.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team friendly environment
  • Must have the ability to carry out daily responsibilities without supervision
