About the role
- Identify and research potential leads globally, including governments, innovation agencies, corporates, and ecosystem organizations
- Find the right decision-makers and build targeted prospect lists
- Conduct outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
- Follow up consistently to generate interest and book meetings
- Handle inbound leads, respond professionally, and qualify opportunities
- Schedule calls for the relevant team members and ensure smooth handover
- Keep lead tracking systems and CRM records updated and organized
- Support the partnerships and sales teams with market research and lead qualification
- Contribute to improving outreach messaging, follow-up processes, and pipeline management
Requirements
- Curious about startups, innovation, and global ecosystems
- Comfortable reaching out to new people and building professional connections
- Organized and able to manage multiple follow-ups and conversations at once
- Fluent in professional English (mandatory)
- Strong in research, communication, and relationship-building
- Comfortable working in a remote international team
- Persistent, proactive, and not afraid of outreach
- Bonus Points If You have experience in sales development, lead generation, partnerships, or business development
- You are familiar with CRM tools and outreach workflows
- You are comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Sheets / Excel, and email outreach tools
- You are familiar with startup ecosystems, innovation programs, or public sector stakeholders
- You have previously worked with startups, accelerators, ecosystem builders, or consulting teams
