About the role

  • Planning, executing and continuously optimizing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads and contribute to the sales pipeline
  • Developing marketing programs to support short-term commercial goals as well as long-term strengthening of brand positioning across Europe
  • Proactively collaborating with regional sales teams to identify campaign opportunities and translate commercial priorities into effective marketing initiatives
  • Creating and managing high-quality, brand-compliant content (email, advertising, PR, social media, presentations, infographics, short videos)
  • Using AI-assisted tools to increase campaign impact and operational efficiency
  • Working with go-to-market and product teams on campaign and content planning
  • Managing external agencies and vendors (design, events, PR)
  • Planning and executing events and trade shows (virtual and on-site)
  • Maintaining and ensuring the quality of CRM data (leads, contacts, campaigns)
  • Preparing marketing reports, KPIs and ROI analyses
  • Managing the central content and asset library in accordance with corporate design guidelines
  • Budget planning, forecasting and cost control in coordination with Finance and Procurement
  • Supporting Marketing Operations, especially Marketo and Salesforce

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in B2B marketing
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in a global software or technology company is an advantage
  • Highly developed project management skills
  • Solid expertise in content marketing, SEO, digital advertising and social media
  • Proven experience in proactively collaborating with sales teams
  • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce is desirable
  • Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva)
  • Excellent German (C2) and English (C1) spoken and written skills
  • Structured, independent and reliable working style in an international environment
