About the role

  • You develop ideas for short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) — from scripting to execution
  • You edit, produce, write captions, and publish — the content is yours end-to-end
  • You create prompts using AI tools such as Sora 2, Veo3, Midjourney & Reve
  • You spot trends and put them into action immediately
  • You bring your ideas to the team and help us consistently raise the bar for our formats

Requirements

  • Experience in video production and editing for social media
  • You know TikTok, Instagram & YouTube not just from memes — you understand what works
  • Ideally, you have worked with AI tools (Sora 2, Midjourney, Kling AI, etc.) and Photoshop
  • You are fast, creative, self-organized, and not afraid to take ownership
  • Very good German language skills and a desire to write and help shape original content
